No, the amount of money obtained at the store only includes your product, the shipping cost depends on destination and the delivery service you request so the shipping is provided separately.

::: The product I receive is identical to the one in the picture? :::

Not necessarily because it is precisely because our products are made by hand (not mass-produced), that no piece is identical to another and therefore there may be slight variations in colour, design or size.

::: How long will it take to get my product? :::

It depends on the distance between Mexico and the country where the product will be sent and the service of the carrier or courier. At the time of purchase, we will inform you the estimated time of arrival (ETA for short) of the order along with the number of air waybill (AWB stands for English) with which we suggest you to monitor the status of the consignment on the website of the service.

::: What are your courier Services? :::

DHL, FEDEX, or any other messaging service that has global correspondent in Mexico. It is at the request of the customer. In the latter case we will inform you in advance the cost of your shipment.

::: Payments can be made only in Euros (EUR), Pounds Sterling (GBP) or U.S. Dollars (USD)? :::
Yes, these are the only currency options accepted for payment. In the "Sites of Interest" we have a currency converter that can help you have a reference on the purchase amount in your local currency.

::: Do you have refund policy? :::
Depending on the analysis of each particular case, we will let you know whether or not the return policy applies.

::: What are my rights and obligations as a buyer? :::
In case of direct sale to consumers / retailers the rights and obligations are those stipulated under the terms CPT, CIP or CIF Incoterms © 2000 published by the International Chamber of Commerce (see the section "Sites of Interest" to access the corresponding website to know them). On sales to distributors / wholesalers, the terms will be negotiated in the contract in question always looking for the mutual benefit of the parties.
